Returns & Exchanges

Nord Coast stands behind its products.  Quality and craftsmanship are at the forefront of our mission.  We produce everything here in the U.S. with the best materials we can find.  That said, online shopping isn't perfect.  The fit and feel might not be what you expected or a product might be damaged in shipping.

We accept any unwashed / unworn items for returns and exchanges.  Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.  Shipping on your first return is complementary.  Subsequent returns / exchanges for that original order are subject to a $25 restocking fee.  A portion of this fee goes towards the multiple legs of shipping.  Another portion goes to "One Tree Planted", our carbon offsetting partner.  

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders under $100.  U.S. standard ground shipping (USPS / UPS) is free on all purchases of $100+.  Express Shipping and Shipping on smaller orders is calculated at checkout.

California Orders

For regulatory reasons, we do not accept sales in or ship to California 

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.  We plan to start shipping to Canada soon.  It is only natural given that the Nord Coast is a shared coast with our friends to the north. 

Shipping and the Environment 

Environmental costs are inherent to all product shipping.  We default to ground shipping because trucks and trains use significantly less fuel per pound transported.  Yes, it takes an extra couple days, but we like to say "Slow and steady wins the race".  In addition to preferring ground transport, we also plant one tree for each order shipped.  You may choose to plant additional trees at checkout if your heart desires.  More about our tree planting partner below:
